Invite employees with a link

Sometimes it can be necessary to invite several employees at once without having to fill out the information for each employee first. This is a function, which is often used amongst voluntary organisations or bigger companies. 

To invite several employees at once you have to go to the “Employees” page. Here you can click on “Invite more employees at once”.

An overview with a link will now open:

This link can be copied and sent out to all the employees you wish should have access to creating a user on your Smartplan account. 

When the employees enters the link, it will lead them to our activation page:

Here they will have to enter the email address that they would like to be connected to their user in Smartplan, followed by their preferred password for their Smartplan login.

By hitting the "Sign up with Email" button, the employee will now be led to another page, where he will be responsible for filling out the following information in order to create his user:

By clicking on "Save information" their user profile is now activated and fully set up. The user will from now on appear on the “Employees” page.

After activation

Whenever the newly activated employee wants to log into his Smartplan account, he can do so by going to our login page.

Here the employee should now enter the exact same email address and password, that he or she chose during the registration process. After that he clicks on the button "Login with email" in order to log in.
