Activation of an employee and login

When an employee has to activate their user, things must be done in the correct order. When the employee was created in Smartplan he/she most likely received an email with an activation link.

When the employee clicks on the link “Activate Smartplan user”, a browser will open, and it will be possible for them to activate their user. They need to fill out the email address they wish to use in Smartplan. Moreover, they have to fill out the email twice to confirm it. However, it does not have to be the same email as created within Smartplan. (This was solely for the sake of the activation process).


Finally, the employee chooses the password they want to use in Smartplan followed by “Confirm Email address”.

When the employee has activated his user, they are taken to a page where they can adjust the user profile.

After activation

The next time the employee wishes to log in to Smartplan, they can simply go to our login page, fill out the same email and password as chosen during the activation process and select “Login with Email”.
