I do not receive an email when I reset my password
Have you tried to reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" on our login-page, and did you not receive an email with a guide?
Often it is because of one of three things:
- Your user has not been activated yet.
- It is not the email you have activated your user with.
- Our email is in your spammail.
If none of the above helps, please contact Smartplan Support with the following information:
- Your name
- Your email
- The name of the account you want to log in to
