How to correct hours
You can correct your hours through Smartplan. Be aware that employees can only correct previous shifts. So it is not possible to correct a shift that has not started yet.
It is possible to correct hours both from our app and website.
First you will find a guide on how to correct hours from your phone. If you scroll down you will find a guide on how to correct hours from a computer/tablet.
How to correct hours from your phone
Open your Smartplan app and click on "Me".
Then click on the tab "Hours". You can only correct hours for your previous shifts.
Next, you can scroll down and choose the shift you want to correct - for example, August 12th.
When you have clicked the shift you want to correct, you can choose start and end time for your shift. It might be that you left 15 minutes later than planned. You can also choose to give a reason for the change. When you are done, click on "Save changes".
You will see the following screen when you have saved your changes. Click on the cross to get back to your hours:
At this point you can see that your corrections are waiting for approval:
When the corrections have been approved, it will say "Approved" instead.
How to correct hours from a computer/tablet
Let us take a look at how you can correct hours through the website.
Open Smartplan in your browser and click on "Me". Choose "Hours" and click on the shift you wish to correct. You can only correct previous shifts.
A window will open in which you can correct your hours. It might be that you for example worked 15 minutes longer than planned. You can also write a reason for the change. When you are done, click on "Save".
Now you can see that you correction is waiting for approval under "Hours".
If an administrator approves your correction you can also see it under "Hours" - it will now say "Approved" instead of "Waiting for approval".
