Changing an employee's email
When an employee activates his user on your account, he has to fill out the email + password that he would like to use to log in to Smartplan going forward.
As soon as the user has been activated, administrators on the account can no longer change the email. The field will be locked so that it cannot be edited:
It is locked for safety reasons since the employee is using the email to log in with.
If you at some point need to change an employee's email, the employee can log in and change it himself. This can be done by the employee at any time.
If it is not possible for the employee to log in and change the email, our supportteam can help you with it instead.
In that case, simply send an email to support@trysmartplan.com or reach out in the chat when you are logged in and let us know the following:
- The employee's name
- What the email should be changed to
