Hide/delete a location
You can delete a location if you go to “Settings” followed by “Smartplan Settings” and “Locations”:
Then you can click "Hide" icon on the location you wish to delete and then click on “Delete location and content”:
If you only click the "Hide" icon on the location, the location will just be hidden on the account, and it will still be there for you to make it visible again at a later point.
A hidden location will not appear under "Rotas".
Note: You can only delete and hide a location, if there is no active rotas in it. If you click "Hide" icon on a location with active rotas in it, Smartplan will tell you this:
You can also hide a location, when you are on the "Rotas"-page. You hide the location by clicking "Hide location" on the right side of the screen. Again, it will only become visible, when there are no current or future rotas planned for the location:
